Market engagement

We are planning to retender this agreement so that our customers benefit from the latest and most competitive, best value offers in the market. We are holding an Industry day on Thursday 25 July 2019 in Liverpool, to talk to you about topics like the industry landscape and new products, as well as get your feedback on the proposed commercial agreement. If you would like to attend the Industry day, email and include the following information for every person who wants to attend:
  • ‘Industry day’ in the subject line of your email
  • name
  • company name
  • email address

Spaces are limited to two people from each company. We may need to reduce the number of people who can attend depending on demand. A PIN was published on Thursday 13 June and is available in the Important links section below. The agreement will use the new Public Sector Contract (PSC). As part of the pre-tender engagement, we would like supplier feedback on the standard core terms of the PSC to help us draft the final document. If you want to send us your feedback, please use the Core Terms feedback template and email it to by Friday 26 July 2019. If you need more time to give us feedback, please send the information in stages to help us address it as quickly as possible.
